Scope
This policy explains the approach to cancellation and refunds for INTELLO EDU. It does not replace an accepted quotation, order form or negotiated agreement.

Before an agreement
Using the website calculator or sending a configuration request does not complete a subscription purchase. Final commercial obligations arise from an accepted order form or agreement.

Cancellation and renewal
Cancellation of a subscription, core module or add-on is assessed under the applicable order form or agreement. This website does not state a universal renewal notice period, proration rule or refund deadline.

Implementation and third parties
Implementation, onboarding, customization and third-party costs are handled only as the applicable commercial terms provide. Mid-term additions, removals or credits are not assumed unless contractually supported.

Billing concerns and remedies
Please report duplicate, erroneous or suspected unauthorized billing, or a concern that agreed service has not been provided, to edu@intello.ae with the school name, invoice or order reference and relevant details. We will review the request against the applicable terms and mandatory law.

Refund handling
Where a refund, credit or other remedy is due, method, currency, tax treatment, bank fees and timing follow the applicable agreement, payment records and law. We do not publish a blanket “no refunds” rule.

Termination and statutory rights
Termination for cause and related remedies are governed by the applicable agreement and law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
