Scope and roles
This policy covers this website and the INTELLO EDU service. A school normally determines why and how its school records are used; INTELLO may process those records on the school’s documented instructions where the applicable agreement says so. Roles can differ by context and remain subject to legal review and the relevant agreement.

Information we receive
We may receive account and contact details, school and role information, support messages, demo or pricing-request details, service-usage, device and security information. Schools may provide information about administrators, staff, parents and students when they use the service.

Why we use it
We use information to respond to requests, provide and secure the service, administer authorized accounts, support implementation, improve reliability, meet legal obligations and protect our rights and users.

Sources and sharing
Information comes from the person who provides it, an authorized school, account activity and service security records. We may share it with authorized providers or integrations where needed to operate the service or where required by law; access is limited to the applicable purpose.

Students and children
School-controlled student information is handled within the school’s authority and instructions. We expect schools to obtain any notices, permissions or other lawful basis required for their community and to assign access carefully.

Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, agreement, legal obligation or dispute resolution. The service uses access controls, authentication and security monitoring designed to protect information; no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law and context, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. For school-controlled records, please contact the school first. We will consider requests sent to edu@intello.ae and preserve rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Cookies, CAPTCHA and changes
Our Cookies Policy explains browser storage. Public forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent abuse; Google processes information under its own terms and privacy notices. We may update this policy and will post the current version here.
