Acceptance and scope
These terms govern use of this website and INTELLO EDU unless a signed quotation, order form, subscription agreement, data-processing agreement or service-level agreement applies. Where a negotiated agreement expressly governs the same subject, it applies to that relationship.

Business customers and accounts
The service is intended for schools and their authorized users. A public role selection does not grant authority or access. School administrators are responsible for authorized accounts and for the actions taken through them.

Permitted use
Use the service only for legitimate school operations and in accordance with applicable law, these terms and the applicable agreement. Do not interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, misuse content, introduce harmful code or use the service to infringe rights.

Modules, estimates and orders
Modules, add-ons, configuration and availability may depend on the accepted commercial documents and technical eligibility. Calculator amounts are estimates; a configuration request is not a purchase. Final commercial obligations arise only from an accepted order form or agreement.

Implementation, content and support
Each school remains responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and permissions for its content, its user administration and its local policies. Implementation and support scope are as agreed; no response time or availability commitment is created by this website.

Intellectual property and confidentiality
INTELLO and its licensors retain rights in the service and materials. Subject to the applicable agreement, customers receive only the limited right needed to use the service. Each party must protect the other party’s confidential information as required by the applicable agreement or law.

Data, integrations and security
Data protection is addressed in the applicable agreement and this Privacy Policy. Third-party services and integrations may have their own terms. Customers must protect credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.

Suspension, termination and liability
Access may be suspended or ended where permitted by the applicable agreement or law, including to protect security or address material misuse. Any warranty disclaimer, liability limit, remedy, governing-law or dispute provision applies only to the extent stated in an authoritative agreement and permitted by mandatory law.
